We are currently hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Remote Administrative Support Assistant to assist with ongoing coordination of rental property listings and communication tasks.
This role supports a small property management operation handling residential rental listings across multiple locations.
Role Overview
The position involves assisting with the organization, posting, and management of rental listings across various online platforms, as well as supporting communication with prospective renters.
This is a remote position with flexible scheduling, suitable for someone who is organized, responsive, and comfortable working independently.
Key Responsibilities
Posting and updating rental listings on platforms such as Facebook Marketplace and Craigslist
Monitoring and responding to inquiries from prospective renters
Collecting and organizing basic applicant contact information
Forwarding qualified leads for follow-up and screening
Maintaining accurate and organized records of activity and communications
Work Schedule
Approximately 5 shifts per week
Around 6 hours per shift
Flexible scheduling available between Monday and Sunday
Requirements
Reliable smartphone or computer with internet access
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Consistent availability and attention to detail
